Hi lovelies! I hope you’re all having a great week so far and that are day is off to a great start! I have some fun things planned today with some girls in the family and I’m super excited! Not very often are we all able to spend the day together, but when we do it’s always great. This outfit was one that I wore to work one day last week and if you follow me on Instagram you probably saw that I wore this on the wrong day, weather wise haha. I work inside all day though so it wasn’t bad, but when I went outside I clearly knew that I should have checked the weather that morning!

Regardless, I love outfits like these that are easy to throw together and I know I’ll be comfortable all day. I feel like this is such a simple outfit, but I loved how the denim vest popped from being paired with the black top and bottom. Also, how amazing are these flats?! I wasn’t hesitant when I first bought them, but I instantly loved them when I received them. They are definitely a pair that become the focal point of any outfit and that’s what I love about them. Throw on an easy and simple outfit and if you’re looking for a piece to make a statement, pair these metallic flats and you’re set. Not only is the color spectacular, but the buckle detail makes them that much better! They have them in multiple colors right now and I definitely have my eye on each of them!

Do you guys like statement shoes like these or are you more one to gravitate towards the neutral tones? Don’t get me wrong, I love my neutral colors, but it’s fun sometimes to get these statement pieces!
