Hello everyone! Wishing you all a very happy FRIDAY! Phew, we made it through yet, another work week! I’m heading down to Detroit with my mom and brother tomorrow (yes, I’m going back to the mall. oops). Then on Sunday I am meeting a friend from brunch then celebrating another Easter at my mother-in-laws. I have a busy weekend ahead of me, but it’s all fun stuff so I’m pretty pumped for it. It’s the weekend so I guess how can someone NOT be excited for it?! Today’s post is going to be short and sweet and taking it back to a few weekends ago when I was up north for a girls weekend. If you aren’t familiar with it or don’t recognize the huge brick building behind, it is at the Soo Locks. I figured we couldn’t come to Sault Ste. Marie and not get a picture at the locks?!

I’ve featured this sweater in navy from a few months back, but as you can see here, I also have it in grey. I love this sweater because it is super warm and adds that flirty detail with having the shoulders exposed. Not only that, but the straps from the sweater go right over where bra straps typically would so that’s even a bonus or me. Does anyone else hate when bra straps don’t fall in the right place or if they show in an outfit where you don’t want them to? Drives me crazy! Since this outfit is pretty casual, I paired some denim and black booties to finish it off.

Well, I hope you guys have a great weekend and have something fun planned! Thanks so much for taking the time to read!

XOXO
